Hi! I am the Computer Skills Specialist here at Pepper Ridge Elementary. I grew up in Carson City, Nevada and began college at the University of Nevada Reno. I moved to Boise in 1983 and finished my Bachelor’s degree at Boise State university.  I have been teaching computer for almost eighteen years! I have taught here at PRE for most of those years, and love being a part of our great educational community. I feel so fortunate to have the opportunity to have all of the students return to my class every year. What I love about teaching computer is how enthusiastic my students are about computers. It is so wonderful to watch their skills and confidence grow over the years in something which I know will help them for their entire lives.

On a personal note I am honored to be a part of military family, having been a military wife and military mom. I have two grown sons, of whom I am very proud. When I am not at school, I love to be outside, snow skiing, hiking, camping, riding my bike, working in my yard or walking my golden retriever Bene.
