Hello, my name is Gina Lyon.  I am so excited to be teaching at Meridian Middle School, but I am most excited to be sharing my passion for art with the wonderful students we have here!  It's going to be a semester filled with color, creativity, learning, and lots of fun and I can't wait to see the artwork my students create!

I was born and raised in Boise and earned my Bachelor’s degree from Boise State University and I just earned my Masters of Education from Northwest Nazarene University last year.   When I am not teaching I spend time in my art studio, in my garden, playing with my grandkids or watching my beloved San Francisco Giants with my husband.
