New Student Registration

New Student Registration Portal New to the district and not yet registered?  
If you have not yet enrolled your student in West Ada School District for the 2017-2018 school year, please go to and click on the NEW STUDENT icon.
Here, you will complete the pre-registration form enrolling your child at the campus. Once submitted, you will receive an email from the school registrar within 24 hours detailing the rest of the registration process.  
If you are unsure of your student's status, please contact your school's secretary or registrar for more information.
In addition to these online forms, the following documents must be brought in to the school or uploaded to the online registration forms.
  1. Certified Birth Certificate - If a certified copy cannot be provided, a passport, visa, or other government documentation may be used.
  2. Complete Immunization Records
  3. Proof of Address - Utility bill, rental agreement, etc. 
  4. Records Request to request records from previous school 
  5. Copy of IEP or 504 plan, if applicable.
  6. Legal Documents, if applicable. (Custody documents, protection orders, etc.)
