Three Rocky Mountain Varsity Teams Recognized as Fall Academic State Champions by IHSAA

October 22, 2018 – The Idaho High School Activities Association announced the 2018 fall sports and activities Academic State Champions in a news release last week. Rocky Mountain High School earned top place in 5A in three sports: boys soccer earned a grade point average of 3.617, volleyball earned a grade point average of 3.878, and boys cross country earned a grade point average of 3.915.

The Idaho High School Activities Association is pleased to announce the 2018 fall sports Academic State Champions. This award is presented to the varsity team in each classification that achieves the highest cumulative grade point average. The IHSAA and its official sponsor, the United Dairymen of Idaho – A partner of Dairy West, congratulate these student-athletes for their academic achievement and commitment to excellence through activities.
