New Student Registration

Are you a new student this year?  Have you began the registration process?  It is easy!  To start the process, you need to fill out the online pre-registration form.  Once it is complete, submit the form and the registrar will contact you when she gets back to the office in August.  By completing the form during summer, you are one step ahead!

In addition to the on-line registration form the following documents are mandatory:

•Certified Birth Certificate

•Complete Immunization Record

•Proof of Residence (utility bill, lease or rental contracts)

•Withdrawal from previous School (secondary only)

•Unofficial transcript (secondary only)

•Legal Documents (custody, power of attorney,protection orders, independents student, etc. - if applicable)

•A copy of IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable)
