We wanted to share the data that was collected from the surveys of staff, students, parents and administrators. This data is being used to help guide our High Reliability Schools certification through Marzano Research and is based on the surveys they designed.
Our goal for each area is a 3.5. If an area received lower than a 3.5 we have an administrator assigned to that area to work with various teams to see what we can do to address any issues. We are not required to fix all 25 areas that were flagged but they give us a good idea of where we need to focus our efforts. The original surveys were conducted a few months back and we will be conducting post surveys in March to see if our efforts have had a positive effect.
We appreciate your participation in gathering this information and want you to know we are using it well to help make improvements at Rocky Mountain High School. If you have questions please feel free to reach out to me.
