Yield: 6 cookies

 

Ingredients:

1 ¼ C. Devil’s Food Cake Mix

¼ C. vegetable oil

1 egg

2 TBSP frosting (save to use as frosting)

 

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients(except frosting) in a medium bowl (Make sure to mix in the order they are listed in the recipe.)
  3. Shape into small balls. (Ping-pong sized)
  4. Place 2” apart on cookie sheet. You should only have 12 cookies on the sheet.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and cool for 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from cookie sheet and transfer to cooling rack. Cool additional 2 minutes.
  8. Make a sandwich with 2 cookies and a quarter sized dab of frosting.
