Fitness Assessments

Attached is the fitness assessments we will be doing in Mulit Fit at least two times per semester.  Familiarize with the tests so you can be comfortable come assessment day!  The scores/times are only for goal setting purpose.  You will not be given a letter grade but encouraged to improve on your score throughout the year.


Jump rope test is 60 sec.

Push up test is 3 second count for as long as you can go

Curl up test is 30 sec
