Wednesdays - 7 to 830pm Pitch

Thursdays - 7-830pm Weight Room

Saturdays - 8 to 930am Pitch

Run 3 times a week

  • 7 minutes - 2 minute rest (4x)

Friday and Sundays are Rest and Recovery days
