School Pride:

The Chaparral mascot is the Cougar and our colors are black, red and gray.  We focus on the character traits of ROAR: Respect, Ownership, Attitude, and Responsibility.

Score of 1-Basic – Student does not yet demonstrate competency on the grade level standard being learned.

Score of 2-Strategic - Student demonstrates inconsistent competency on the grade level standard being learned.

Score of 3-Proficient – Student demonstrates consistent competency on the grade level standard being learned.

Score of 4-Advanced – Student demonstrates consistent competency on grade level standard as well as above the standard being learned.
