What makes CDSA Stars shine?

Arts integrated instruction addresses state and district standards through district adopted curriculum enriched by the arts: Drama, music, visual arts, dance, storytelling, and poetry. Students think critically and problem-solve creatively to demonstrate mastery of their learning. Students and teachers are encouraged to take intellectual and creative risks and express their individuality, while connecting with others to advance both academic and interpersonal skills.

Staff members work together to meet the needs of all OUR students.

Parents and community members are invited to join our school community and participate in the arts through school events and common experiences. They are encouraged to partner with staff to share their personal expertise in these six art modalities and provide students with additional arts opportunities.
