Devices at Galileo
Galileo students are taking technology into their own hands! Students are creating and producing collaborative projects, publishing their writing using digital story board apps, and personalizing their learning using interactive lessons apps.
While many teachers at Galileo have a variety of devices in their classrooms, West Ada School District introduced a program called "Bring Your Own Device" which allows students to bring personal devices for use in the classroom to supplement classroom technology. BYOD is used in the middle level at Galileo as some of the elementary classes. To find out if your elementary student can BYOD, please contact your child's classroom teacher.
