WASD Alternative HS Academy Application

West Ada School District students must meet at-risk qualifications to attend an academy high school. Please contact your student's current or last counselor to determine eligibility. 

• Central Academy:  Home academy for students residing in Owyhee HS or Rocky Mountain HS boundaries

• Eagle Academy:  Home academy for students residing in Eagle HS or Centennial HS boundaries

• Meridian Academy:  Home academy for students residing in Meridian HS or Mountain View HS boundaries

*Students will first be considered for enrollment by their assigned home academy. If space is unavailable, students will be considered for enrollment by the other two academies.

* Out of district students and students currently residing in the West Ada School District, but not currently enrolled in a WASD school, must provide a transcript to the home academy to be considered for enrollment.

WASD Alternative HS Academy Referral (Completed by Home HS Counselor or Admin)

In addition to this form, a WASD Academy High School Application must be submitted by a parent, guardian, or adult student to be considered for enrollment. The link to this form is available above.
