Student Registration Requirements
New Rebound Students:
Student's home school must have completed an Administrative Referral before proceeding with registration (download and save the referral form before completing it).
After completed and approved referral has been received, a member of Rebound staff will contact student/parent/guardian to set up an intake meeting.
Upon intake meeting, student/parent/guardian will fill out additional paperwork for Rebound Enrollment and choose the first online class in which to be enrolled.
Returning Rebound Students:
Registration Form (Registration for 2024-2025 school year)
Medical Consent for OTC Medications (if applicable)
