Christine Donnell School of the Arts Experience Survey Goals

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.

In response, we have established the following goals to be implemented between now and the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year:

·       Student Experience Survey Goal:  I feel students are nice or show respect to each other at my school: We will decrease the number of students per duty during recesses and implement a weekly, school-wide etiquette focus.

·       Parent Experience Survey Goal:   I regularly receive feedback from school staff on how well my child is learning: Teachers will conduct monthly “touch point” with parents regarding individual student progress via email, parent phone call, Rooms, or hard copy assignment sent home with comments.

·       Staff Experience Survey Goal: I feel that district culture supports open and honest communication: I will survey staff prior to scheduling professional learning time and advocate for increased professional learning opportunities in areas of interest (Science, Social Studies, the Arts, etc.).

These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
