If you would like to bring a guest to the 2025 Homecoming dance, you will need to complete a GUEST PASS.
Please download and print the form, give it to your guest and have them follow the instructions. Once it has been completed, please drop it by the CHS main office. We will accept forms before school, during a passing period, a free advisory, lunch or after school. No forms will be accepted during class time.
All passes are due on Thursday October 2, 2025, before 3:00 pm. No late submissions will be accepted.
