Centennial High School Experience Survey Goals
Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience-driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.
In response, we have established the following goals:
· Student Experience Survey Goal:
o Next year, we have a goal to develop increased opportunities for our students to experience a sense of belonging at CHS by increasing opportunities for students to participate in a club, sport, or activity. We will also be exploring "Interest Advisories" for our freshmen, which will be times where our freshmen can connect with other students and adults who have similar interests. The hope with all of these efforts will be to create more opportunities for our students to connect with one another and our CHS community in ways that foster a deeper sense of belonging.
· Parent Experience Survey Goal:
o Next year, we will be making an increased effort to partner with parents in their ability to be more informed about the progress of their student's learning journey. To achieve this, we plan to increase training opportunities for parents throughout the year on how to leverage PowerSchool as a resource to track their students' learning.
· Staff Experience Survey Goal:
o Next year, we will increase our partnership with District-level leaders by inviting a District leader to join one of our monthly building leadership meetings to increase two-way communication and feedback.
These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
With appreciation,
Ryan Wilhite
