In order for a non-Centennial High School Student to be admitted to a school dance or activity sponsored by Centennial High School, the guest form MUST be completed.
Pick up/Turn in your form in the Front Office.
Last day to turn it is FRIDAY September 18, 2026, at 3:30 pm!
