Meal Payments
Meal payments can be made in person, directly to our Kitchen Staff with cash or check (made payable to School Nutrition). There are no transaction fees associated with in person payment. Payments can also be made online via a LINQ Connect Account.

Free and Reduced Meal Eligibility and Application Information
Free and reduced meal applications must be submitted each school year. Benefits do not carry over from the previous year.

Who is Eligible for Free or Reduced Price Meals
All children in households receiving benefits from Idaho Food Stamps (SNAP), the Food Distribution Program on Native American Reservations (FDPIR), or Temporary Assistance for Families in Idaho (TAFI) are eligible for free meals.
Children in households that have been directly certified as receiving Medicaid may be eligible for free or reduced price meals.
Children participating in a school's Head Start program.
Children who meet the legal definition of homeless, runaway, or migrant are eligible for free meals.
Children may receive free or reduced price meals if your household’s income is within the limits of
the Federal Income Eligibility Guidelines.
