There are fees associated with participation in sports: - Participation Fee
- $90 - This participation fee goes to the district. This fee helps supplement athletic bussing and coaching stipends throughout the district. This is a required fee for the first two sports of the school year. Once an athlete has participated and paid the $90 two times, all other sports during that school year are free.
- Activity Card Fee
- $23.59 ($22.25 + $1.34 in Sales Tax) - An activity card is required to participate in athletics at any West Ada Middle School. This money stays at the school and helps run the athletic department. This is a onetime fee, once purchased, it is good for the entire school year.
School fees can be paid with cash or check at your child's homeschool, or you can pay online with a credit card through MySchoolFees.

| | CHANGES TO STUDENT SCHEDULES IN POWERSCHOOLIn the coming week, you will notice an addition to your child's schedule in PowerSchool. We will be adding our Power 30 class to each student's official schedule in order to ensure we have accurate reporting of instructional minutes to the state.
Power 30 is a 30 minute block of times students have each day where they receive individualized support in math and reading. Instructional support during this time occurs through our iReady program. Students also have access to one on one adult support to help clarify concepts. | | INFORMATION FROM CMS'S COUNSELING DEPARTMENTCrossroads Middle School and the West Ada School District understands that a student may not be in a learning state of mind if their family is struggling with limited resources at home. Access to resources can play an important role in supporting student learning and well being.
This Resource Brochure has links to a variety of supports available to West Ada families. If a needed resource is not listed, the Resource Questionnaire allows families to share what support might be helpful. Our counselor, Rikki Jensen, follows up directly with everyone who completes this form. Mrs. Jensen can also be reached at jensen.rikki@westada.org or 208-855-4278. | | YEARBOOK ORDERINGIt's time to preorder your Crossroads Middle School yearbook!
