Over the course of the semester, a number of items have been placed in our school's lost and found. Below are photos of the items currently in lost and found.

You can click to enlarge the picture. If you recognize something that belongs to your child, call us at 208-855-4275, or email at crossroadsms@westada.org and we will make sure the item gets to your child. You are also welcome to stop by and pick up items anytime between 7:45 AM and 4:15 PM.

Any items not claimed by the end of the school day on Friday, December 19th will be donated.

Students will get a hard copy of their 2nd semester schedule in Advisory on the first day back from break (Tuesday 1/6). Students and caregivers will be able to view 2nd semester schedules in PowerSchool, sometime on Monday 1/5.

During the last week of the first semester (12/15-12/19), we will be celebrating the upcoming holiday break with a Holiday Dress Up Week hosted by Student Council. Below are the themes for each day.

• Mon. 12/15 - Movie Night
• Wear PJ's or other comfy clothes
• Tue. 12/16 - Ugly Holiday Sweater
• The uglier the better
• Wed 12/17 - Winter Character
• Dress or wear clothes as your favorite winter character
• Any costumes must allow students the mobility and space to function in class as normal.
• Thu12/18 - Tree Topper Day
• Wear festive headbands, Santa hats, etc.
• Fri 12/29 - Neon Day
• Wear bright/neon clothes to go along with our glow in the dark dance theme.

Students at Crossroads have the opportunity to participate in sports at their home school.

The winter sport opportunity that is starting soon is:

• 8th Grade Boys' Basketball
• Start Date: December 16th

Our district requires all athletes register for sports through Aktivate. Click here to register. Registration needs to be completed prior to a sports start date.

There are fees associated with participation in sports:

• Participation Fee
• $90 - This participation fee goes to the district. This fee helps supplement athletic bussing and coaching stipends throughout the district. This is a required fee for the first two sports of the school year. Once an athlete has participated and paid the $90 two times, all other sports during that school year are free.
• Activity Card Fee
• $23.59 ($22.25 + $1.34 in Sales Tax) - An activity card is required to participate in athletics at any West Ada Middle School. This money stays at the school and helps run the athletic department. This is a onetime fee, once purchased, it is good for the entire school year.

School fees can be paid with cash or check at your child's homeschool, or you can pay online with a credit card through MySchoolFees.
