Over the past several months, we have reviewed the results of our student, family, and staff surveys. Through this review, we identified strengths to celebrate and areas for growth that directly align with your feedback
In response, we have established the following goals:
Student Experience Survey Goal: Improve our average score on the student survey statement, “Students are nice or show respect to each other at my school,” by strengthening our culture of kindness, connection, and mutual respect.
Parent Experience Survey Goal: Improve our average score on the parent/caregiver survey statement, “I receive feedback from school staff on how well my child is learning,” by strengthening communication with families about student progress and how learning is reported.
Staff Experience Survey Goal: Improve our average score on the statement, “I feel supported in balancing my work responsibilities,” by developing systems and supports that promote staff well being and balance.
These goals will help guide our planning, decision making, and work from now through the beginning of 2027.
