Family-Teacher Conferences will take place at CMS on the evening of Wednesday October 7th and throughout the morning and evening of Thursday October 8th.
- Wednesday, October 7th: 3:30-7:45 PM
- Thursday, October 8th: 8:00-11:45 AM, and 3:30-7:45 PM
To make the best use of everyone's time and limit waiting, conferences will be scheduled by appointment only.
Conference Sign Up and Format
- Sign up for your child's conference by clicking here .
- Be sure to select the correct grade level when scheduling.
- You can choose to meet with teachers in person at CMS or by phone.
- In Person Conferences: Check in at the main entrance when you arrive. At check-in, you’ll receive a schedule that provides time for you to conference with each of your child’s core teachers.
- Phone: You will receive a phone call from an unknown number at your scheduled time and you will have individual conferences with each of your child's core teachers.
- Each appointment will be 40 minutes long (four 10 minute conferences).
- 8th grade conferences last 50 minutes to include all five core teachers.
- Students are welcome to attend conferences with their parent/caregiver, but their attendance is not required.
