Name: Eagle Academy Experience Survey Goals
Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.
In response, we have established the following goals:
Student Experience Survey Goal:
Build a positive school culture that increases student enthusiasm and engagement in daily attendance.
Develop systems and relationships that nurture a strong sense of belonging for all students.
Parent Experience Survey Goal:
Increase communication with families regarding student learning and progress.
Increase positive communication with families.
Staff Experience Survey Goal:
Develop consistent systems for providing timely, actionable feedback to employees in order to reinforce strengths and support ongoing growth.
Create structured opportunities for staff to review ideas, provide input, and ask questions prior to finalizing decisions, reinforcing a culture of transparency and collaboration.
These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
