Name: Eagle Elementary Experience Survey Goals

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.

In response, we have established the following goals:

·     Student Experience Survey Goal: We will have a monthly act of kindness challenges. Students and staff will submit caught you being kind tickets. We will post all the acts and read some on the morning announcements. (Measurable- count how many are turned in weekly).

·         Parent Experience Survey Goal: Teachers send out standardized assessment information at the beginning, mid and end of the year.

·      Staff Experience Survey Goal: Principal will communicate important information about building updates with staff. Staff will ask admin questions about concerns they have, through TEAMS link that will be in our monthly staff newsletter.

These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
