Eagle Hills Elementary,
Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.
In response, we have established the following goals:
Student Experience Survey Goal: Implement a monthly Mustang Kindness Campaign focused on recognizing and celebrating kindness.
Parent Experience Survey Goal: Staff will make at least one annual positive contact with each family, continue using PRIDE tickets and POWER certificates, and email parents when a PRIDE ticket is earned.
Staff Experience Survey Goal: Increase communication by providing a weekly bulletin link for submitting questions, challenges, and successes regarding school and district focus areas, with leadership dedicating time to review and address items through team meetings or the staff bulletin as appropriate.
These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
