Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.
In response, we have established the following goals:
· Student Experience Survey Goal:
o I feel there are healthy food choices for me to eat at lunch. We will clarify and advertise the healthy options available to students(salad bar, fresh fruits and vegetables, etc).
· Parent Experience Survey Goal:
o I receive positive phone calls, emails, or notes about my child from the school. We will implement positive contact strategies including positive teacher contact and student-led notes home.
· Staff Experience Survey Goal:
o I feel supported in balancing my work responsibilities. We conducted a staff workload audit and are implementing monthly staff pulse surveys to identify areas needing additional support.
These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
