Experience Survey Goals 2026-2027

Hillsdale Elementary Experience Survey Goals

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.

In response, we have established the following goals:

·       Student Experience Survey Goal:

o   I feel students are nice or show respect to each other at my school

§  Positive student-centered messages on morning announcement each Monday throughout the school year.

o   I like going to my school each day

§  Upper grade students greet the student body as they enter the school each day throughout the school year.

·       Parent Experience Survey Goal:

o   I receive positive phone calls, email, or notes about my child from school

§  Offer an optional 2nd Parent/Teacher conference to parents in the spring.

o   I regularly receive feedback from school staff on how well my child is learning

§  Offer quarterly academic student snapshot communication from to parents through folders, distribution lists or email.

·       Staff Experience Survey Goal:

o   I feel that resources are allocated to maximize effectiveness across the organization

§  Use building personnel to provide professional development via video or in-person training at least once each quarter.

o   I see progress being made to create a culture of success for employees across the district and for those we serve

§  Follow-up with collaboration and conversation at faculty meetings following district professional development to consolidate learning

These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
