Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.
In response, we have established the following goals:
Students: We will better utilize our student council to promote kindness and problem solving across campus. We will work to increase the impact of SOARing Student Seekers by training our student council members on Kelso's Choice problem solving.
Parents: We will increase the frequency of positive parent connections by all staff members through the use of positive emails, postcards, and phone calls, contacting each family at least once per semester.
Staff: We will provide staff members with a platform to add agenda items to leadership meetings and set aside time at monthly leadership meetings for problem-solving.
These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
