Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.
In response, we have established the following goals:
· Student Experience Survey Goal: Over the next 12 months, staff will intentionally ask students how they learn best through documented surveys, conferences, or check-ins at least twice per year and apply that feedback to instruction. Success will be measured by increasing the student survey score for “I believe my teachers ask me how I learn best” from 3.30 to at least 3.60.
· Parent Experience Survey Goal: Over the next 12 months, staff will intentionally increase positive communication with families by providing documented phone calls, emails, or notes celebrating student growth, effort, or achievement at least twice per semester. Success will be measured by increasing the parent survey score for “I receive positive phone calls, emails, or notes about my child from the school” from 3.13 to at least 3.50.
· Staff Experience Survey Goal: Over the next 12 months, school and district leadership will increase staff understanding of how organizational resources are allocated by clearly communicating priorities, decision-making rationale, and impact through meetings and written updates once per quarter (four times per year). Success will be measured by increasing the staff survey score for “I feel that district-level organizational resources are allocated to maximize effectiveness across the organization” from 2.91 to at least 3.30.
These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
With appreciation,
Christian Housel, Principal
