IFAA PSAT Testing Reminder! 10th and 11th grade students will be taking the PSAT test tomorrow (Tuesday, 10/24/2023) on their laptops first thing at school. Charge up your laptop (right now?) and place it where you will remember it in the morning. Get some good sleep tonight, eat a good breakfast tomorrow, bring your laptop, and be ready to do your best! Get to school early so you won't feel rushed before the test. Pro Tip: Set an alarm on your phone for reminders.

What an honor for some of our IFAA students and staff to spend time with Mellisa Paul at KTVB today! Another contemporary group of musicians from IFAA performed their original, “Whatever” on Mellisa’s program, Idaho Today! So proud of the creative work our kids do here and grateful for local broadcast journalists like Mellisa Paul and her team! Idaho Fine Arts Academy junior film majors Laura Kramer and Lottie Amundson have had their short film accepted for screening at an upcoming local film festival, the Colossal Cinematic Showcase. The red-carpet event is slated for May 7 at Overland Park Cinemas. It begins at 4:30 p.m.; doors open at 4:00 p.m. The showcase may feature other films containing R-rated content and there may be an entrance fee. See the showcase website for further information. “The Death of Olive Taylor” presents a humorous sequence of events that lead to a young lady’s untimely demise. The film features a cast of actors pulled primarily from the school.

IFAA graduate Audrie Earle will intern with Idaho Senator Risch in D.C. this fall. Audrie studied dance and visual arts at IFAA while maintaining a 4.0 GPA in high school. Audrie is a senior at the University of Dallas and is majoring in business.
