Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.
In response, we have established the following goals:
Student Experience Survey Goal: The principal will regularly reset and reteach bus expectations and teach students how to report bus concerns.
Parent Experience Survey Goal: Teachers will send home at least two pieces of Happy Mail each week and intentionally share positive emails or notes when students demonstrate good choices. The principal will make one Good News Call phone call each school day.
Staff Experience Survey Goal: Leadership team collected feedback from all staff and will work to refine and grow actionable items. Principal rolled out staff recognition system.
These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
