Experience Survey Goals 2026-2027

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience-driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.

In response, we have established the following goals:

· Student Experience Survey Goal: I think my school is clean. A fun competition has been created to involve our students in helping keep our school clean.

· Parent Experience Survey Goal: I receive positive phone calls, emails, or notes about my child from the school. A system was created to ensure all students are recognized in our school.

· Staff Experience Survey Goal: I feel that district-level resources are allocated to maximize effectiveness. Information about district resources will be shared with staff.

These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
