Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.

In response, we have established the following goals:

·         Student Experience Survey Goal: To increase positive bus behaviors and ensure that all students feel safe and supported during transportation, bus drivers will rate each ride on a 1–5 scale based on overall safety and behavior. The bus with the highest average score each week will be recognized and announced on Mondays, celebrating students who demonstrate the Wildcat Way while riding the bus.

·         Parent Experience Survey Goal: Every certified staff member will send one Wildcat Way postcard on Wednesdays to increase positive communication from school to home and strengthen our partnership with families through consistent celebration of student success.

·         Staff Experience Survey Goal: To increase recognition for the great work happening across our building, each staff meeting will begin by recognizing 10 staff members for their dedication, impact, and commitment to our students and school community.

These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
