Experience Survey Goals 2026-2027

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback. 

In response, we have established the following goals:  

  • Student Experience Survey Goal: We will continue with Friday clean up days with a focus on more areas, including the restrooms.  

  • Parent Experience Survey Goal: One PLC time a month, teachers will send an email to families regarding scores that have been entered into PowerSchool to increase family understanding of student learning.  

  • Staff Experience Survey Goal: Administration will clearly communicate the why behind the decisions that are made district wide as well as clearly communicate staff issues, concerns, and ideas to higher personnel. 

These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
