Meridian Academy Experience Survey Goals
Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.
In response, we have established the following goals:
· Student Experience Survey Goal:
Development of methods to further increase the "respect and rapport" (kindness) between students within our school.
· Parent Experience Survey Goal:
Creation of weekly "postcards" to be sent home to parents to ensure they receive positive information about their child (acknowledgements).
· Staff Experience Survey Goal:
Quarterly meetings to explain how the use of resources is allocated to maximize effectiveness across the district.
These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
