ESG

I am proud to share that the survey highlighted an area of strength within our staff experience: I believe my work positively impacts those I serve. This affirms the strong foundation we have built together. In conversations, staff consistently noted their positive relationships they have built with their students and the patrons within the community.

At the same time, we recognize that growth requires honest reflection and focused action. The survey also identified opportunities for improvement across stakeholder groups—staff, students, and parents.

In response, we have established the following goals:

  • Student Experience Survey Goal: I feel students are nice or show respect to each other at my school: System was created for students to share acts of kindness throughout the week. Kindness Bulletin Board outlining Acts of Kindness.

  • Parent Experience Survey Goal: I receive positive phone calls, emails, or notes about my child from school: Each grade level will have a note that can go home with students. Each student will receive positive mail from the teacher. Social Media shout outs by grade level.

  • Staff Experience Survey Goal: I feel that district level resources are allocated to maximize effectiveness across the organization: Communication about district resources will be communicated with staff. Feedback form sent to staff to receive information on needed supplies/resources.

These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement and culture now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide regular updates so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
