Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.
In response, we have established the following goals:
Student Experience Survey Goal: I feel like students are nice or show respect to each other at my school: Implementation of Schoolwide Positive Culture lessons in advisory.
Parent Experience Survey Goal: I receive positive phone calls, emails, or notes about my child from school: Staff will write positive postcards to be mailed home. School staff will write positive emails home to students who "Make it Right."
Staff Experience Survey Goal: I feel that district culture supports open and honest communication: Include highlights of important district information in the weekly staff update.
These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
