Survey Goals

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful, experience-driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.

In response, we have established the following goals:

Student Experience Survey Goal: “I like going to my school each day." OHS will continue strengthening belonging, connection, and engagement so students feel proud to be part of our school community.

Parent Experience Survey Goal: “I regularly receive feedback from school staff on how well my child is learning.” OHS will increase consistent communication through PowerSchool comments, purposeful student emails, and ongoing teacher outreach to families.

Staff Experience Survey Goals: “I feel that district culture supports open and honest communication” OHS administration will improve communication, transparency, and alignment with the District Service Center, ensuring staff feel informed, supported, and clear on available resources.

These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
