Just a reminder, Owyhee Storm Road is now closed between Ustick Road and Endeavor Street. To maintain access to Owyhee Storm Road and Owyhee High School, ACHD opened a temporary bypass road located just east of the Owyhee Storm Road and Ustick Road intersection (see map below). Temporary traffic signals have been installed at the intersection of Ustick Road and the bypass road to help maintain traffic flow.
The bypass road will be in place starting throughout the remainder of the school year.
ACHD is improving the intersection in coordination with the City of Nampa’s Ustick Road Corridor project.
