Survey Goals

Paramount Elementary Experience Survey Goals

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience-driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.

In response, we have established the following goals:

  • Student Experience Survey Goal: “I feel safe on the bus.” Our goal is to increase this score in the future by increasing communication and expectations with bus riders by discussing behaviors and having Paramount staff communicate and check in with the bus driver at least three times a week.

  • We will also focus on the following goal: “I feel students are nice or show respect to each other at my school”. We will be working with our Student Council and Student Focus Group students to develop activities targeted to have students focus on compliments and kindness.

  • Parent Experience Survey Goal: “I receive positive phone calls, emails, or notes about my child from school”. We will continue to improve on this goal by having each teacher send positive communication home to parents through email or hand-written notes; additionally, administration, counselor, and Safe School Assistant will also increase positive student communication through email by setting a weekly goal.

  • Staff Experience Survey Goal: “I feel supported in balancing my work responsibilities”. Administration and support staff will identify opportunities to take on teacher duties, one per teacher, each quarter.

These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.

With appreciation,

Brooke Roy, Principal
