Experience Survey Goals Graphic

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.

In response, we have established the following goals:

         Student Experience Survey Goal: PVE will create a kindness campaign that includes the following:

  • A kick-off kindness spirit week Feb 2026

  • Teaching of Kelso's Choice lessons for K-1st for problem-solving

  • Training student council members to support Kelso’s Choices problem-solving to support peers.

  • Use of Kindness Tickets (Tied to the Pronghorn Pride Tickets used for the Pronghorn General Store) to be introduced March of 2026.

Parent Experience Survey Goal: Continue to build on last year's goal to increase positive emails, phone calls, or notes (Happy Mail) with a semester goal of at least one positive touchpoint per student.

        Staff Experience Survey Goal: Optional quarterly meeting to address staff or building concerns, to allow for more staff voice and discussion.

These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
