Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.
In response, we have established the following goals:
· Student Experience Survey Goal: I like going to school each day: System was created for students to compliment and greet other students.
· Parent Experience Survey Goal: I receive positive phone calls emails, or notes about my child from school: Each grade level will have a note that can go home with students. Each student will receive positive mail from the teacher.
· Staff Experience Survey Goal: I feel that district level resources are allocated to maximize effectiveness across the organization: Communication about district resources will be communicated with staff.
These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
