Survey Goals

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.

In response, we have established the following goals:

· Student Experience Survey Goal:

o To encourage kindness and respect during recess, staff will modify field games by limiting participants, using pinnies for team identification, and purchasing goals for each area of the field. Additionally, Monday Morning Meetings will focus on teaching our students specific strategies to resolve peer conflicts in a positive way.

· Parent Experience Survey Goal:

o To keep parents informed about the positive recognition their child is receiving at school, we will send "Thanks for Being a Star" postcards, provide Prospect Pride tickets to students, and email parents when their child is acknowledged as a 3R Student—Respectful, Responsible, and Resilient. Additionally, we will provide parents with regular feedback on how well their child is learning by sending home progress reports each quarter.

· Staff Experience Survey Goal:

o Our district values open and honest communication; however, some staff feel that changes are made without their input. To improve this, I'll ensure that everyone understands how we gather feedback from all stakeholders.

These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.

With appreciation,
