Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, I’ve partnered with students, families, and staff to reflect on the results, celebrate our strengths, and set meaningful goals aligned to your feedback.

In response, we have established the following goals:

  • Student Experience Survey Goal: Teachers will solicit student feedback at least twice per semester, focusing on curriculum and learning.

  • Parent Experience Survey Goal: RHS will improve academic feedback to families by responding to student/parent emails within 24 hours, updating gradebooks biweekly.

  • Staff Experience Survey Goal: The principal will communicate all relevant district-level decisions ensuring the staff receives timely and transparent updates.

These goals will guide our focus on engagement through early 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will share updates along the way, with the opportunity to reflect on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
