Please join Mr. Spencer on Friday (3/29) morning for a fun walking event!
Students will walk/run the track with their QR codes before school. This will give them an extra chance to add laps to win a lunch with Mayor Simison. It will start at 8:30 and end at 9:00 AM, students are encouraged to walk/run with their families. Students will be rewarded with extra laps based on how many family members are with them.
Congratulations to Cameron McRoberts! Cameron is River Valley's District Art Show award winner with his fantastic piece titled "Space: Nature's Final Frontier", which will be on display at the district service center for the remainder of the year. A special mention goes out to our runner-up entry by Ellyn Crossley. Well done to both students!

We had a fun visit from Santa today!
River Valley hosted our first annual multicultural potluck dinner for our students who speak English and other languages. We had delicious food from many different countries and enjoyed celebrating each other's cultures and welcoming our multilingual families.
The countdown is on! Join us in dressing up for the next two weeks as we get excited for the break!
