Over the past several months, we’ve met with students, families, and staff to review the results, celebrate what’s working, and identify clear, experience-driven goals based on your input.
In response, we have established the following goals:
Student Experience Survey Goal: RMHS will continue to work to improve student sense of belonging.
Parent Experience Survey Goal: RMHS will improve positive communication regarding student academic, social, and behavioral progress.
Staff Experience Survey Goal: RMHS administration will strengthen communication, transparency, and alignment between RMHS and the District Service Center.
These goals will guide our work through the start of 2027. We are committed to making measurable progress and will share updates along the way as we prepare for the 2026 survey cycle.
