Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, administrators have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.

In response, we have established the following goals:

• Student Experience Survey Goal:

  • Share student recognitions on announcements each week, create positive interactions with each student as they enter classrooms, and implementing interventions that target social/emotional needs when appropriate. This will be measured by next year's survey results.

• Parent Experience Survey Goal:

  • Update grades weekly, contact parents of students who have a D/F, and send quarterly newsletters. This will be measured by next year's survey results.

• Staff Experience Survey Goal:

  • Administrators will communicate leadership opportunities on district level committees and provide reminders about district communication. This will be measured by next year's survey results.

These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
