Siena Elementary Experience Survey Goals
Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.
In response, we have established the following goals:
· Student Experience Survey Goal: Our student leadership team will work with the building leaders to develop a system for positive peer shout-outs that can be given at least two times a year.
· Parent Experience Survey Goal: Our teachers will continue to use the acknowledgement system that easily allows staff to send home at least 2 positive notes per week.
· Staff Experience Survey Goal: Our staff leadership team will continue to gather feedback, increase transparency in decision-making, and create structures that ensure staff voice is regularly gathered and brough to the district.
These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
