Experience Survey Goals

Silver Sage Elementary Experience Survey Goals 

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback. 

In response, we have established the following goals:  

  • Student Experience Survey Goal: Provide activities to promote kind and respectful social interactions between students, emphasizing kindness and respectful behaviors with Stallion Pride acknowledgement. Create additional opportunities for student engagement to increase student experience at school, including dress up days, special events at recess, class competitions, and board game Fridays. 

 

  • Parent Experience Survey Goal: Teachers and staff will increase communication to provide a higher level of feedback, including emails and postcards. Newsletters will increase content regarding how to access data and encourage parents to engage with data (progress reports, etc.). 

 

  • Staff Experience Survey Goal: Administration will increase avenues to acknowledge and provide appropriate recognition of staff, including staff shout outs and timely positive feedback. 

These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
